Gansu Qilian Wine Industry Co., Ltd. was registered and established in February 2002, located in Gaotai County, Zhangye City, central Hexi Corridor. It is a state-owned holding wine production and sales enterprise. In 2003, the ice white wine and ice red wine jointly developed by the company and China Agricultural University were appraised by Beijing Municipal Science and Technology Commission as "filling the domestic gap and reaching the international leading level of technology". At present, the "Qilian Legend" brand wine produced by the company includes 6 series of ice white, ice red, dry red, dry white, brandy and liqueur, totaling more than 120 varieties.

Qilian Manor is a grape farm planted and maintained by forestry workers. The production of wine grapes is strictly limited to ensure the full growth of each grape. The way of non-farmers' scattered harvest ensures the real material of products from the source. Fertilizers used in Qilian Manor are purchased from surrounding farms and farms. Fertilizers are "organic" after testing and fermentation. The irrigation water of Qilian Manor is all the snow water from the Qilian Mountains filtered by the deep soil. Therefore, the production of wine grapes in Qilian Manor has been certified by China Quality Certification Center for Organic Products.
