Li Haiming Longpai Enamel Art was established on May 12, 2020. It belongs to the local original cultural complex, including Li Haiming Longpai Enamel Art Museum, Longpai Enamel Folk Art Museum, Li Haiming Skill Master Studio, The enamel hand, the enamel cultural and creative tourism product research and development center, and the youth creation base here not only carry on the inheritance of traditional craftsmanship, but also carry out the re-creation and development.

The Li Haiming Long School Enamel Art Museum is now also well-known throughout the country. Every day, different scholars and collectors from all over the country come to exchange and learn. There are now 15 craftsmen in the studio, including the disabled, the poor, and housewives. This year, another six college students came to the studio for employment. In the next three years, there will be 20 studios, teaching and training thousands of enamel technology, and recruiting 50 college students for employment.

After more than 30 years of research, the artistic director Li Haiming has become a unique school of his own. Founded the Longpai enamel art. Li Haiming is currently a senior arts and crafts artist and researcher of China Intangible Heritage Design and Research Institute. The leader of Li Haiming Skills Master Studio in Gansu, his works won the 13th and 14th Shanhua Award, Golden Phoenix Gold Award, Hundred Flower Gold Award and Lily Flower Gold Award.
